As dictated by the Statutory Regulations, ACS uses exchange rates provided by the European Central Bank, which are updated on a daily basis at 3 pm. Please note that if you are using this tool prior to the time when the exhange rate is updated we will use the rate from the previous day.
Please consult the sliding scale in the FAQ section of our website in order to determine how these calculations are derived.

For accurate results, enter the day when the sale took place and the exact price that the work was sold for. Please remember that Artist’s Resale Right came in to effect as of 14th February 2006. Any sales prior to this date will not be accounted for
